About the project
This is a project of a hotel complex with conference halls, a fitness club, several restaurants and cafes, suites and apartments, a library, and exhibition venue, open terraces adjoining the suits and public spaces. The façade facing the crossroads is narrowing upwards. Two other facades feature a tranquil and a dynamic solutions, one with regular windows and poles, and the other with terraces and false pillars. The dynamic façade resembles a hand fan.
