About the project (provided by the applicant):
Regenbogen stands among eclectic buildings of different height dating back to the mid 19th through the early 20th century, at the site of the ex Kozitsky factory. Classical red brick buildings of the factory became the inspiration source for the designers — the new development with sections of 5, 7, and 9 floors will be fit into the historic landscape. Dark red wine colored bricks with expressive texture, large windows, and black metal decorations are allusions to the industrial architecture of the early 20th century.
The beautification concept was spirited by the herbal gardens in New Holland and Zaryadye parks. A tall Christmas tree will be planted in the center of the yard, and the residents will be able to decorate it at winter.
