About the project
This is a research of Medieval architecture of the Caucausus through the example of Svanetia, a region of Georgia. The author studied the methods that can be used to regenerate it and classified its most typical elements like a tower, a house, and a church.
Finally, he developed the projects for reconstruction of three architectural memorials that had been established in Svanetia in the 10th through 12th centuries.
