About the project
The project provided for complex development of a historical district, with point-wise development of empty spaces.

Totally, 13 buildings with compact layout were designed to restore the structure of development typical for the historical center of Samara.

Historical background and specific height restrictions were observed.

Yards are closed off to vehicles (and only available to specialized transport).

Parking lots are designed along the traffic lane and in the underground parking.
The composition of the site was based on the existing and partially missing system for division of Samara’s historical quarters into small yards.
