Renaissance Residential Estate is designed in 3 construction stages, which will finally form a housing complex closed off to vehicles. The facades, the inner yards, and the interiors are neoclassical in style and form a single composition. The central rotunda, austere columns and other decorative elements highlight the building against the architectural setting. The project focuses on planning solutions based on rational use of every square meter.
