The house renovation project in the "Sosnovy Bor" gated community represents a comprehensive update of a 420 sq.m private residence originally built in 2001. Over the course of a single year, the property underwent a complete transformation: the layout was reconfigured, building service systems were thoroughly modernized, and state-of-the-art utilities were integrated.
The scope of the project extended beyond architectural and technical solutions to encompass complete interior procurement. Finishing materials, furniture, and furnishings were custom-ordered from Italy, making it possible to curate a cohesive, high-quality, and durable living environment without compromising on details.
The focal point of the interior is an intricate custom millwork ceiling feature. It establishes an expressive architectural rhythm, accentuates the spatial scale, and unifies the renovated home into a harmonious composition.
