About the project
This reconstruction project embraced all the design stages from technical survey to detailed drawings. The key objective was to restore the original appearance of the building and adjust its layouts for the new purpose. The architects had to handle some serious challenges but they were ready, packed with all kinds of engineering solutions. Foundations were reinforced with jet piles, homogenous waterproofing was used, and the facades were sand blasted.
The roof was replaced with a modern structure and covered with chamfered metal sheets to bring the architectural appearance of the building into the spotlight.
