About the project
The project included creating the exterior and interior design for a nine-storey apartment building and its communal outdoor spaces. Its highlight is an atrium running the entire height of the building. The first floor comprises multi-purpose commercial premises and a cafe for the residents and their guests. The underground carpark is located beneath the building.
The comfortable one-room and two-room apartments offer a gorgeous view of the lower Massandra and Yalta.
