About the project
The development is designed right at the embankment of the river, which makes it even more attractive. Lawns with soft grass rim the site, and there are playgrounds and leisure areas for children and grownups.
The green park at the site was restored and beautified. The development comprises 8 point blocks with a common terrace. The houses at the water have access to the embankment and a private courtyard.
The architectural appearance of this facility was inspired by residential blocks in Amsterdam but also reecho the urban looks of the Aptekarsky Island.
