About the project
The development is designed near the Observation Tower of the Obukhovsky Factory. The main facade of the building that outlooks the Neva shapes the visuals of the embankment. The ground floor will comprise some commercial premises. The new development will be connected with the existing buildings, and the local embankment will once again become a recreation space.
