The atmosphere created by the art design of the facades here speaks about monumental living in a top-class residence. The new block is added to the old building. It is 9-storey and in line with the surrounding houses.
Facades are arranged in a two-level manner with inter-level decorative inserts.
A large arch for pedestrians is part of the project - it will ensure the visual connection between the residential estate and the Nevsky Townhall Business Center.
