The project utilizes height to create mezzanine sleeping areas in a space-limited design, allowing for two independent bedrooms, accessed by a staircase, above the study room and bathroom. By arranging stacked floors, the overall height is not significantly increased, yet all units benefit from more functional spaces. In a typical 46 sqm unit, residents can enjoy a study area, two independent bedrooms, a living area, kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. The larger 52 sqm corner units feature an additional master bedroom on the first floor, along with two bedrooms in the mezzanine. The design also separates the residential area from the commercial street side, providing independent access and a green roof courtyard above the commercial building. The central courtyard is another feature, enabling residential units to enjoy an exclusive open space with ample natural light. The project includes a complete commercial floor on the first level, with 71 well-designed residential units above.
