Project:
Restaurant serving Uzbek cuisine
Category:
Best Design of Public Space by Student
About the project (provided by the applicant):
The restaurant's bar counter extends out to the street, creating an additional open kitchen area, which features tandoors. Customers can approach the tandoors directly from the street to purchase freshly baked bread. From the restaurant area, guests can seamlessly access the terrace, thanks to the redesigned windows and the elevated terrace stage that aligns with the restaurant level.
The terrace is made of live edge wood slabs, while the bar counter is crafted from glued plywood without edge banding, supported by metal profile pipes and covered with metal sheets. Behind the bar, there is an accent glass panel with variable transparency.
