About the project
This project implies reconstruction of an existing classical house with dismounting of its facade finishing and internal partitions, replacement of some of the bearing structures and total change of the building’s architectural solutions and appearance.
The mezzanine floor will be demolished, and the building will become two-storey and looking compliant with the hot world trends. The northern facade outlooks the lake, and the window pattern ensures natural lighting of every room.
