About the project
The house is located in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg. The plot’s terrain was challenging but interesting. A small river flows almost in the middle of it. Across the river, in front of the house there grow amazing pines, which gives the place the feel of a fairy-tale forest. All the main rooms of the house on the ground and the first floors overlook the river.
The total floor area of the house is 379.2 m².
