About the project
The project of this private house was designed for the Baltic Riviera Villa Community. Its spatial and volumetric compositional concept refers to the customer’s personality and his lifestyle, as he is a yachtsman. The house is made of a reinforced concrete monolithic frame filled with gas concrete blocks and stained glass windows. The finishing is thin wide-format ceramic granite tiling.
