About the project
The ex oil refinery is a major transfer hub, poorly adjusted for so much people, hardly attractive and lacking green plants. The authors came up with an idea of a technopark, comprising advanced projects from various fields of science. The venue will have 2 production and 1 administrative blocks within green surroundings, crammed with leisure sites and exhibition spaces. Among one of the lines, there will be autowalks for comfortable transportation across the place. Thus, the premises are conventionally divided into a transit zone with short-break site, and an exhibition zone for comprehensive recreation. The project’s objective is to improve the overall state of the premises and the district, answering to urban, ecological, and social challenges.
