About the project
Royal Park, an elite development at Petrovsky Island was commissioned in December 2018. The project includes 280 apartments of 42 to 450 m2, as well as commercial and office premises. 90% of apartments in Royal Park offer unique views over the Malaya Neva, the dome of the St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and historic embankments, as well as Tuchkov Brige and other landmarks of St. Petersburg. Seven apartments have private terraces with area up to 188 m2. More than a half of the development area (1,5 hectares) is intended for soft landscaping. The project provides for a large parking area, too. Today, cost of apartments in Royal Park starts at 12.3 mln RUB.
