About the project (provided by the applicant)
The Rudehen multi-purpose building, situated near Tehran, Iran's capital, in a mountainous region beside a river is designed to enhance the quality of life for citizens. The building consists of ten levels, with the first three floors dedicated to commercial spaces. Above these, four levels provide ample parking facilities, The remaining three levels house entertainment and leisure areas, including cafes, restaurants, kid’s play room, cinema, and conference spaces. In designing the building, traditional parkings were challenged by creating visually appealing and dynamic forms. The facade's curved shapes lend elegance to the building while also connecting the multiple areas into a unified identity.
