About the project
The «Russian House» residential complex was built on a 2.4 hectare site in the center of St. Petersburg. It features a monumental south-facing cour d'honneur, which was typical for the architecture of St. Petersburg at the turn of the 20th century. The court is intended to break the monotony of the facades and provide better illumination of the apartments.
The facades and roofs are made in the neo-Russian style. All the front facades are faced with artificial stone, reminiscent of white-stone Boyar-era chambers. Animalistic and floral ornaments along with forged elements, enhancing the solemn ambience, also refer to traditional Russian patterns.
