About the project
The project became a part of a major initiative - the Center for GPA Development. The mission of the project was to model a facility where pilots can be trained, and general purpose aircrafts - maintained, stored, and operated. Besides, the club had to contain some premises for flight management.
It is a two-level building that is square in the plan view. Level 1 includes a wind lobby, an entrance lobby, some classrooms for pilots, office premises, bathrooms with showers, rooms for cleaning equipment, a cafe, a heat generator room, a switchboard room, and a server room.
Level 2 includes a double-height lobby, a corridor, some studies, offices, and meeting rooms, a rest room, a bathroom, and some other service premises.
Moreover, there will be a bar-restaurant, and the flat roof is designed as a part of it - there, the tables will be located.
