About the project
The villa is designed in High-tech style. The task was to create a comfortable space both for contemplation and for the active inner life of the villa. The concept is a balance of form, lines and materials. The mood of the open space is set by floor-to-ceiling windows, a combination of concrete and stone, wood and landscape. The fullness of modern engineering systems is aimed at energy saving, cost-effectiveness of operation and creation of a comfortable, safe environment for health. High energy efficiency. The technologies used in construction reduce heat loss and save energy resources by 75%, making living comfortable even at a temperature of -50 C. Panoramic windows create a sense of spaciousness, freedom and unity with nature. The flat operated roof creates additional areas for recreation and sports. Outwardly very simple, it is built on a subtle game of nuances. It gives the space freedom, integrity, a sense of comfort and tranquility.
