Samara is a mixed-use real estate development located in Naucalpan, conceived as a large-scale complex with significant urban, economic, and social impact. The project integrates a shopping mall, an office tower, and a hospital tower on a site of approximately 12,030 m², with over 290,000 m² of built area and seven underground parking levels.The design aims to deliver a comprehensive experience that brings together retail, entertainment, workplace, and healthcare functions, incorporating restaurants, terraces, cinemas, and public spaces. The shopping mall serves as the podium, organizing circulation and core services across the development. Additionally, the project incorporates advanced technical solutions in structural systems, plumbing infrastructure, water treatment, and fire protection, prioritizing efficiency, sustainability, and safety. Overall, it is conceived as a contemporary urban hub that optimizes land use and enhances the service offering within the region.
