About the project
This apartment block is designed in the historical part of Samara, among the pre-revolutionary houses featuring Stalinist Empire style, some of them listed as cultural heritage, and post-Soviet developments.
The 4-storeyed block at the corner of two streets has a coffee shop and a boutique at the ground floor, an underground parking zone all over the site, and an accessible roof. Living rooms open to a tranquil setting of a green yard. Windows looking out over a busy street are soundproof. Additional acoustic protection is ensured by decorative delta-shaped metal columns and beams.
