About the project
The customer wanted Sant to be a unique venue that would be a brunch café offering a variety of breakfast and lunch options during the day and transform into a refined fast-casual restaurant with a wine bar at night. The visual inspiration for the interiors of the café was the dawn over a field of wheat.
Lots of interior art objects reecho each other and create an integral look. All sorts of glossy surfaces like mirrors or polished stainless steel complement the sophisticated planning solution and make the place seem bigger. Seating options include regular dinner tables, a recreation lounge, and an extensive bar counter.
