Intervention on an urban scale.
It consists, on the one hand, in the articulation between the base of the new tower, currently under construction, which is located in relation to Galvez Boulevard with the work adjacent to the College to the South, which we consider an unavoidable historical trace, both for the project as well as for the city.
On the other hand, the continuity between the public space of the sidewalk and the interior of the building seeks to enhance the relationship between the city and the institution as well as provide life to the sector.
The set of stairs on the front of the building is not only a meeting space for those who use the building but also the possibility of making evident and enhancing the presence of said institution in the neighborhood and the city.
