SCALA CITY development is the architectural dominant of Penza. Its 8 buildings were built in compliance with the architectural concept of the project and showcase an array of various solutions. Frame-type buildings with large outdoor terraces are complemented with a two-level parking that can be accessed by elevator in each of the buildings. Thanks to lots of functions designed, the development will be comfortable for all of its residents. A complex project both in terms of engineering design and technical solutions, SCALA CITY is a real display of the latest building technologies.
