The project is a 150 m² Scandinavian-style house for a young family, located on the banks of the Volkhov River in the Leningrad Region. The site’s advantageous location allows for optimal orientation of the house while offering expansive views of the river. The L-shaped design provides privacy and shields part of the terrace from the dominant northwestern winds.
