The project entails the creation of a modern educational complex comprising a 1,320-seat secondary school and an integrated 530-seat preschool educational facility, located within the redevelopment area of the former Ilyich Factory industrial zone. The 1,320-seat secondary school building, complete with a full set of necessary outdoor flat sports and recreational facilities, is situated in the eastern part of the site. The 530-seat preschool building, consisting of two interconnected volumes, is positioned in the northwestern part of the site to ensure that all children's group playgrounds receive the required standard hours of sunlight (insolation).

The architectural composition of the complex is shaped as a cohesive environment, where buildings of varying heights and volumetric plasticity create a human-scaled and visually expressive space. The designed complex serves as a key element in establishing a comfortable living environment while enhancing the investment appeal of the area.
