About the project
The village is designed to ensure research and study of the local unique flora and fauna for their protection and preservation. The proposal includes an R&D center within the village. Besides the science-related purposes, it will help with everyday needs of the residents, too. There is a movie theater, a gym, an exhibition venue, a co-working area, a library, a restaurant, and an extensive conference hall.
Terraced houses are designed for the 400 villagers. Moreover, there will be two parks with sports and pla grounds, bicycle lanes, a performance stage, and a sight-seeing platform.
