About the project (provided by the applicant): The project presents a unique structure defined by the displacement and rotation of its floors, creating a form reminiscent of a polished stone that blends seamlessly with the coastal landscape. The roof and ceiling overhangs add a sense of movement, while the building’s rounded edges evoke softness and comfort. The façades are clad in natural stone, transitioning into transparent glass. Accents of Corten steel enhance the façade design, lending it a refined and respectable touch.
The glass windows offer panoramic sea views, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, an open-plan layout maximizes natural light and use of space, while minimalist interiors emphasize the surrounding landscape and the rich textures of the stone.
