About the project (provided by the applicant):
The school building comprises two geometric volumes of 2 to 4 levels high. They stand at a right angle against each other and divide the surrounding grounds into a courtyard and an outside area. No vehicles but emergency ones will have access to the school site. Thanks to the ground-level entrance and no-threshold doors, students with disabilities will have free access to the school. The facades reecho the interior design and the environment, which makes the architectural ensemble fit into the existing landscape. The color palette of the facades is inspired with natural materials and hues.
