About the project
The project pursues the reconstruction of a 1200 m2 residential building on the 2nd Uspenskoe Rd. The red brick house features decorative elements made of artificial cream stone, which were designed by architect Natalia Makarova and produced by the Rococo company under the supervision of sculptor Vyacheslav Kotov. The facade was additionally decorated with majolica of different shades of green with a cream-colored plant pattern, which is used in both the exterior and interiors of the house.
