About the project
The 4-storey building with an underground level is located at a site ashore the Senezh lake. Levels from 0 to 3 are 4.2 meters high.
Suites are shifted backwards, creating a terraced pattern and ensuring views of the Senezh lake from inside. Besides residential premises, the 5-star hotel comprises a reception zone, bars on three levels, recreation zones, technical and utility facilities, administrative premises, a restaurant, an event hall, a leisure zone, a SPA center, a mini cinema, and a playroom. 50 suites can house 120 guests. The smallest suite has the area of 37 m2.
