About the project
This is a project for renovation of the currently abandoned, popular in the Soviet times.
The site of 1.58 hectares houses a one-storeyed building with a large basement floor. Despite its sorry state of disrepair, the restaurant is an architectural memorial with its cast-in-place concrete dome that used to contain the main cafe. There were also a delicatessen store and a café in the ground floor, and a bar in the basement.
The project offers total rearrangement of all the premises, new design, and fresh beautification of the surrounding grounds.
