About the project
The Sensilla project, signed by blueArch in 2022, is a third-generation Green Project and consists of a large complex of office buildings for tertiary and recreational use, located in the technological heart of Milan.
The core of the project consists of a large steel structure of complex organic formation, which, like a green network, permeated with vegetation, softly rests on a large complex of tertiary buildings with an area of 300000 square feet, which also incorporates a large roof top planted with greenery, for recreational use, an indoor lake, which dialogues with the surrounding urban park, in a constant intense dialogue between technology, nature, office space, and recreational paths. The project is in the definition phase, and starting in 2024.
