About the Project
The Atmosphere Quarter is a part of the New Sertolovo project, being constructed in the Vsevolozhsk District of the Leningrad Region. It is a cluster of 6 low-rise 4-5-storeyed buildings around a cozy green yard closed off to vehicles.
New Sertolovo is a low-rise family-oriented residential minidistrict in a picturesque place with a forest and several lakes nearby. The nearest metro stations Ozerki, Parnas and Prospekt Prosvescheniya are a 25-minute drive away. New Sertolovo is a green microtown set within beautiful natural landscape with all the necessary amenities at hand. On the premises, there is a SPAR hypermarket, stores, cafes, a pharmacy, and a children's educational center.
