About the project
Kebayoran Baru was intended as a satellite city for greater Jakarta. Although retaining some of its livability characteristics, this inclusion creates a developmental sprawl, examined from its morphological anatomy, that has and will affect the living condition of its community. Serva Commune (Servers and Haven for All to Commune) aims to create a precedence for a stress-free third place within a crowded urban context like Kebayoran Baru of Jakarta, through the approach of IOT integration, and a fluid space configuration within a tight space. With these implementations, it is hoped that the future of third place creates a sanctuary for its user and elevates the overall community area condition, rather than worsening it.
