Cultural-Educational Hospitality Complex

Cultural-Educational Hospitality Complex is a mixed-use estate in Shahmirzad, Iran, integrating cultural, educational, and hospitality functions in one architectural composition.

The design translates acoustic vibration and cymatic patterns into geometric form, generating a faceted envelope with a perforated lattice façade derived parametrically from sound-wave data. The lattice filters daylight by day and becomes a luminous skin at night, expressing the building's sonic origin. The complex is organized as interlocking triangulated volumes stepping across the sloped terrain, creating layered terraces, courtyards, and paths that respond to the site's topography and vegetation. It combines exhibition and performance spaces, educational workshops, and boutique hospitality units, positioning the project as a cultural landmark and a new model for context-rooted mixed-use development.
