Project
Mountain River, minor garden

Nomination
Best Project of Public Space by a Student

About the project
The project provides for rearrangement of the public space to make it cost-efficient in terms of maintenance.

The basic composition axis is the river – a minor level recession for storm and ice water collection from the adjoining premises. Use of local perennial herbs and grains will recover the natural landscape, sustainable regardless of the season and making the site attractive at winter. Geoplastic shapes will make the premises visually diverse and structure the space into transit zones, recreation sites, and the children’s playground.
