This private residence of 650 sq. m. is a part of an out-of-town estate that occupies the area of 5 hectares. This proposal includes detailed design of the premises with a private shoreline and a variety of functions. The house has traditional shape and a typical V-roof, and comprises a glass greenhouse.
The main building material is LVL with irregular section — it is the cornerstone of both the exterior and the interior design.
