About the project
This development with an underground parking, storage rooms, pram rooms, and bicycle parkings was designed in collaboration of Sweden and Russian architects. The ensemble of variously leveled buildings with austere and expressive facades harmoniously match the historical development of the Petrograd side. The functional Nordic style was used in rational layouts with spacious kitchen-diners, as well as in design of the entrance halls.
Natural lighting through panoramic windows and deep balconies, magnificent views, in particular from the open terraces at the top floors. The surrounding grounds are closed off to vehicles and comprise pine trees and manmade hills, as well as garden fixtures.
