About the project
This project manages to strike a balance between economic viability and humanism. The high land prices in the region force developers to enter into a long-standing debate on the cost of housing and ways to lower construction expenses. The project proposes to create a premium class holiday village with all possible types of housing (from apartments and terraced houses to luxury cottages with 5 bedrooms), which is to become the first phase of a multi-stage development of the site in the direction of the sea and a new symbol of private property in the region.
