About the project
The main goal of the project is to create a comfortable living space for the residents of the complex. It is also important to make sure that the building blends in with the area mostly comprised of typical panel buildings from the 60s and 70s.
The main priorities of the design are functionality, comfort, safety, and sustainability.
One of the features of the project is its landscape design. The complex has a large outdoor space with an artificial pond, as well as playgrounds and recreational areas.
