The design site is located close to major transport corridors of St. Petersburg, and the green parks around make it especially suitable for a business enhanced comfort development. The architectural solutions are used to create a unique building with an expressive skyline. It definitely will become the attraction of the district and make it more aesthetically pleasing.
The authors really wanted the place not to be boring, for it to be recognizable, and for its residents to feel comfortable and private.
