This elegant Neo-Classical interior with vivid highlights was designed for a three-room apartment in a premium class development in Sochi. All its windows outlooking the park, the house stands at the sea.
The apartment was offered for sale with an open layout, so the design process started with zoning. An essential part of the project was integration of the engineering utilities into interior design.
Paintings by Vaulin, Petyaev, and Lunetskaya are accompanied by Efimov’s sculptures and Levadnaya’s ceramic objects, as well as other graphic and photo works of art.
