About the project
The site is a part of the Legenda sculptural part, located in the recreation zone. Designed as a major dynamic composition, the house looks light and airy despite its dimensions. To do this, the author used the most advanced architectural and building technologies, as well as state-of-the-art materials. The residence is energy efficient, its frame boasting R₀⩾10. Utilizing natural resources like solar, wind, and water energy, the house of 854m2 is really sustainable.
