About the project
The design site is included into the city’s university development program. The key objective is to establish a sports and wellness center that will serve the students and the citizens. The appearance of the center was inspired by a rolling wave, as the western facade outlooks the river embankment. The eastern facade faces the main city square, and the dominating piece of the facility is its ice rink.
