About the project
The design site is conveniently connected to other city districts by roads. Parking premises are located outside of the yard, and there is an underground parking, too.
The southern part of the development features a walking boulevard, connecting the nursery, the shopping malls and the municipal transport stop.
In the west, there will be a green garden. Moreover, the development will be connected with the existing bicycle riding, skiing and roller-skating route in the Ublinskiye Mountain area.
