The stela is 28 meters long and 5.5 meters tall. It holds the city’s emblem and is perfectly visible against the forest track in all weathers. The letters of 4 m tall are three-dimensional, and their sides are like accordion bellows. The wave-like basement of the stela is a reference to extensive embankments of the Volga and the Kazanka. At night, the stela is illuminated with cold and warm light, which radically changes its appearance. Different lighting scenarios are available depending on the occasion.
